We see here... the private bath with shower... and the large walk in closet. This separate entrance guest residence is on the front of the home... hence the exterior tropical shade shutter treatment. The rich tiled floor insure low maintenance... and it is beautiful. Another wall mounted HDTV is found here... as well as a designer ceiling fan. At least if the guests won't go home... staying out here... you can see them by appointment.

I took two photos of this guest room to make a point. The guest rooms in this home... are as large as master suites in many homes. The ultimate Plantation Shuttered and Clerestory windows again... then at the opposite end of the room... the private full bath with tub and shower combo... then the doored access to the walk in closet. But... you will find that the actual experience is a full on ocean view. Grab a bottle of wine... head up here daily... there will be ocean sunsets every day of the year.
