508 Beaumont Drive, Vista California, The Historic
"Tipton Ranch", is one of the most unique opportunities to be offered on

crossing the babbling creek that feeds the Lily pond. A miniature

The two photos above serve to prove a point. Every
attempt has been successfully made to maintain the charm and ambiance of
the the Tipton Ranch of pre-war Vista. Coffered ceilings, Roman Keyed
Arches, built in bookcases, built in closets, and the new kitchen... modern,
functional, beautiful... and yet fitting in. The first of these two
photos is the Original Living Room. The custom in the 30's and 40's was
to build "Summer Sleeping Porches". The integrity of the Summer Sleeping
Porch has been maintained... but now it is the new Master Suite.. with
new modern bath... but... it still feels like 1938 on a Summer Porch.
The new kitchen (the second of two photos above) flows into the new wing
of the house... the family room (shown on page one), but the new wing does
not feel or look "added on". This is a floor plan that works for
the life style of Y2K. "Great Room"... Family Room... Party Room...
you choose the name... but you can imagine sitting around the radio listening
to the 1946 Indy 500... or in front of your big screen TV watching the
